Hi Everyone! Machel here from YogaSkip with an exciting fun vinyasa yoga video with some great hip-openers and stretches. Try this quick yoga video to learn some basic vinyasa yoga poses like Skandasana (side lunge pose), great for hip opening, fun, feels great, and looks cool too! We will also do a modified Parsvottanasana (pyramid pose) that’s great for relieving tension from the low back up to the neck. This pose brings blood to the brain stimulating and energizing your entire body! We also do a couple sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) to build heat and and really strengthen your yoga practice.
