Breathe deep in and out through our nose for each pose with the intention of flooding our body with fresh oxygen, giving our brains and body that yummy relaxed energized feeling that is great for any time of the day. We found a lovely spot that is connected to my husband’s childhood. Robin actually caught fish in these small lakes, which brought that special quality to both of us as we settled in and found a space next to the water, giving these 10 minutes that dreamy quality of relaxation and peace. These 10 minutes include: -Centered breathwork -Yoga for self -nourishing our inner minds and body -Two seated variations of cat/cow, with focus on opening our heart and stretching out our neck gently -Moving our legs/stretches -Cradling our knees – Downward Air Posture -Apanasana -Catching one knee at a time and stretching other leg out -End with centered breathwork Feel more awake and rejuvenated with this yoga for self, beginner yoga stretch.
